Chat With TruWest
TruWest is devoted to providing state-of-the-art technology to help our members find simpler, smarter and more convenient ways to bank. That’s why we offer Live Help. This real-time communication tool enables you to securely chat with a TruWest Member Service Representative and if necessary, even share your computer with a representative. With Live Help, we will be able to troubleshoot issues you may be experiencing with Online Banking or answer questions you have about TruWest products and services. By securely sharing your browser session, we are able to see exactly what you see, eliminating the need for you to describe a problem or question over the phone. To request a session during business hours, look for the Live Help icon on truwest.org or log into your Online Banking account and click on the icon.


Bill Payment
More and more people are becoming Internet savvy and are relying on online bill payment services to pay their bills online. Now you can pay all your bills on one site with TruWest's Bill Payment. This free* feature of TruWest's Online Banking allows you to pay bills electronically from your TruWest checking account.

·   Verify pending payments
·   Pay recurring bills automatically
·   Access transaction history, payment information and pending balance
 
To sign up for Bill Payment, log in to your Online Banking account and click on the Bill Payment icon.
 
 
*Bill Payment is free! A convenience fee may apply for expedited payment requests. You must have a TruWest checking account to sign up for Bill Payment.
 

eStatements
eStatements are the online version of the statement that is mailed to you each month. With eStatements, you can avoid the 3-5 day mailing delay and the hassle of storing your paper statements. Plus, you'll help contribute to TruWest's efforts to “save a tree” by reducing the amount of paper we use.
 
·   Usually available on the first business day of each month
·   View statements for the previous 12 months
·   View loan payment date and annual percentage rate
·   View Investment Certificate maturity date and dividend percentage rate
·   Reduces the possibility of mail fraud
                      
Automatic Account Transfers
Set it and forget it! You can enjoy the convenience of having bills paid automatically by using Automatic Account Transfers.

To set up an Automatic Transfer in Online Banking, sign in and go to Account Access, and then click on Scheduled Transfers.
