TruWest Credit Union is a member-owned cooperative; therefore, Credit Union officials, volunteers and staff must exercise extreme care in their fiduciary responsibilities. To that end, we will continue to recruit, attract and develop the most highly qualified individuals for board, committee and staff members.

After meeting normal expenses and the reserve requirements needed to ensure financial stability, TruWest Credit Union will return all net earnings to its members in one form or another.
