GRANTING WISHES FOR FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS Being able to call a house your “home” for the first time brings an unmistakable sense of belonging, achievement and fulfillment. TruWest Credit Union wants to help make members’ WISH of homeownership come true in 2015! Thanks to support from the Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership (WISH) Program, TruWest is empowered to pair low- to middle-income families with the funds necessary to get into their first homes. So, we’re proudly offering Arizona and Texas families cash assistance with down payments on homes using these federal funds. How much? For each $1 you put down, WISH grant funds will match it with $3. That’s up to a $15,000 down payment match for qualified homebuyers!
