3 Rising to New Heights in the New Year As we begin 2016, it’s hard not to be excited about the potential TruWest® Credit Union has. Building on the legacy established by our retiring President and CEO Dan Desmond, we believe the TruDifference will rise to new heights this year! I am proud of the superior, personalized service our team provides to our members, and look forward to continually enhancing how we serve you. I also look forward to expanding our services with new branches and resources designed to enrich your credit union experience. On that note, check out the new TruWest Wealth Management Services! Next, I am excited about the financial success that is possible in 2016 and beyond, as we make strategic decisions that will benefit you and keep us operating with the utmost integrity. Calling on my years as your CFO, I will be watchful over the financial performance and growth of the credit union, as well as striving to provide new tools and resources that will benefit your personal finances. With that in mind, I encourage you to discover 3 Ways to Consolidate Debt. In addition, I am passionate about implementing technologies that broaden your capabilities, help you interact with us when and where you wish, and create efficiencies for the credit union as a whole. In fact, I believe TruWest is primed to become a technology leader in the credit union industry, so please join me in exploring some of our Exciting Tech Tools now available! I also want to be sure to direct your attention to details regarding our 2016 Board of Directors election. A credit union is only as strong as its volunteer leaders, so I want to encourage you to get involved in this year’s election. Your Vote Counts! Finally, thank you for the kind words, encouragement and warm welcome so many of you have extended to me as I take on the exciting responsibility as your new President and CEO. I invite you to learn more about my Vision and Values. Like you, I believe at TruWest Credit Union it’s more than banking, it’s personal. Alan Althouse President and CEO
