Call 1 (800) 521-1272.
Enter your member number.
Enter your Personal Identification Number or PIN. To create or reset your PIN, say “I don’t have one” or press the * key.
Helpful Hints
To locate your member number, log into your online banking account or mobile app, select Share Savings Account and click/tap Account/Show Details. The 7-digit ACH number is your member number.
To return to the main menu, say “Main Menu” or press 9.
