We care, not just about you as a member, but about the communities you live in, and about our own employees and their families. We promote a culture of caring that everything we do is founded on.” According to Alan, this culture is demonstrated through outstanding service in all branches, on every phone call and with each interaction. “The TruDifference is the package that really makes a powerful difference for our members!” Leading by Example Lifelong education and volunteering his leadership skills are at the core of what makes Alan who he is. As he approaches graduation from an intensive two-year Executive MBA prorgram at Arizona State University this May, he admits he has learned as much from his peers as from the classes. “I love learning, helping and collaborating,” he explains. “The best part, though, is the ability to take that learning and use it to help others.” Volunteerism is something Alan truly enjoys. From teaching in Junior Achievement to building homes with Habitat for Humanity, “What I’m really looking forward to after graduation is to roll up my sleeves and actively volunteer again, helping those in need, however I can, and leading by example,” he says. “What I’m really looking forward to after graduation is to roll up my sleeves and actively volunteer again, helping those in need, however I can, and leading by example.” Demonstrating leadership skills at the Gilbert branch groundbreaking.
